These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on CandySpace. They are intended to protect members, encourage respectful interactions, and help make the platform safer for everyone.
These Guidelines apply to public and private activity, including profiles, posts, comments, messages, albums, livestreams, projects, gifts, quizzes, links, photos, videos, and all other content or interactions made through CandySpace.
Our Community Principles
CandySpace is designed to be a safe, respectful, and supportive space where people can connect, share content, receive support, fund meaningful goals, and build genuine relationships.
Everyone using CandySpace must:
- Treat others with dignity and respect.
- Communicate honestly.
- Respect consent and personal boundaries.
- Protect the privacy and safety of other members.
- Follow applicable laws.
- Use CandySpace features responsibly.
- Report harmful or suspicious activity.
These Community Guidelines apply to all CandySpace users and to all activity on the platform, including profiles, usernames, biographies, posts, comments, messages, albums, livestreams, gifts, funding projects, links, images, audio, videos, and other user-generated content.
Respectful Conduct
CandySpace does not allow behavior intended to humiliate, intimidate, exploit, threaten, or repeatedly disturb another person.
You must not:
- Harass or bully another user.
- Send repeated unwanted messages.
- Target someone with insults, ridicule, or humiliation.
- Encourage others to attack or harass a person.
- Make credible threats of physical, emotional, sexual, or financial harm.
- Use degrading language against another member.
- Continue contacting someone after they have clearly asked you to stop.
- Create accounts to evade a block or restriction.
- Publicly shame another person by sharing private disputes or allegations without a legitimate safety reason.
- Coordinate mass reporting, brigading, or targeted abuse.
Harassment can occur publicly or privately. Private messages are not exempt from these rules.
Hate Speech and Hateful Conduct
CandySpace does not allow content or conduct that attacks, dehumanizes, excludes, or promotes hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
Protected characteristics may include:
- Race
- Ethnicity
- Nationality
- Religion
- Caste
- Sex
- Gender
- Gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- Disability
- Serious medical condition
- Age
- Immigration status
You must not use slurs or degrading stereotypes, call for discrimination or violence, praise hate groups, dehumanize protected groups, celebrate violence against them, or exclude people from community participation because of a protected characteristic.
Discussion of hateful conduct may be allowed when it is clearly educational, documentary, condemnatory, or intended to raise awareness.
Threats, Violence, and Dangerous Conduct
CandySpace does not allow threats, glorification of violence, or instructions that could cause serious harm.
You must not:
- Threaten to injure or kill another person.
- Encourage suicide, murder, assault, kidnapping, or other violence.
- Praise or celebrate real-world violent attacks.
- Share plans to commit violence.
- Offer or request services related to violent criminal activity.
- Encourage dangerous challenges or stunts likely to cause serious injury.
- Share instructions for making explosives, weapons, or harmful substances.
- Promote organized criminal or terrorist activity.
- Use CandySpace to recruit for violent groups.
Content depicting violence may be restricted or removed, especially when graphic, celebratory, exploitative, or lacking legitimate context.
Child Safety and Protection of Minors
CandySpace has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or any conduct that endangers a person under 18.
You must not create, upload, request, possess, distribute, promote, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material.
- Sexualized images or videos of minors.
- Grooming or predatory communication.
- Sexual solicitation of minors.
- Sextortion involving minors.
- Trafficking or exploitation of minors.
- Requests for nude or sexually suggestive content from a minor.
- Attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
- Content that fetishizes or sexualizes children.
- Instructions intended to conceal child exploitation.
We may immediately remove content, permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report suspected child exploitation to appropriate authorities.

Nudity and Adult Content
Public areas of CandySpace must remain safe, respectful, and suitable for the broader community.
The following are not allowed in public posts, public profiles, public livestreams, public albums, thumbnails, comments, or other publicly accessible areas:
- Nudity.
- Explicit sexual activity.
- Pornographic content.
- Close-up sexualized imagery.
- Sexual services or explicit solicitation.
- Fetish content intended primarily for sexual arousal.
- Sexually explicit captions or audio.
- Non-consensual intimate content.
- Sexual content involving coercion, exploitation, or violence.
Adult-related material may only be shared through features expressly designated by CandySpace for lawful private adult content, such as approved subscription-based albums.
Subscription-based adult content must involve only consenting adults, be lawful, comply with identity and age-verification requirements, and must not depict coercion, trafficking, exploitation, incest, bestiality, violence, secretly recorded material, or non-consensual content.
Sexual Solicitation and Exploitation
CandySpace must not be used to facilitate prostitution, trafficking, coercive sexual arrangements, or sexual exploitation.
You must not:
- Offer or request sex in exchange for money, gifts, accommodation, employment, funding, or other benefits.
- Recruit users for commercial sexual activity.
- Pressure another user into sexual activity.
- Exploit a user’s financial situation to obtain sexual content or contact.
- Threaten to withdraw support unless sexual demands are met.
- Arrange or promote trafficking.
- Advertise escort or prostitution services.
- Use funding, gifts, subscriptions, or mentorship as a disguise for coercive sexual activity.
CandySpace allows consensual adult communication and lawful creator monetization only within the limits of these Guidelines and applicable law.
Consent and Personal Boundaries
Consent must be clear, voluntary, informed, specific, and capable of being withdrawn.
You must not:
- Pressure someone to share photos, videos, private information, or sexual content.
- Continue sexual or romantic communication after rejection.
- Share another person’s intimate content without permission.
- Record private calls, livestreams, messages, or meetings without consent where consent is required.
- Use gifts, funding, influence, or status to pressure another user.
- Ignore blocks, account restrictions, or clear requests to stop contact.
Consent to one interaction does not imply consent to future interactions.
Fraud, Scams, and Financial Abuse
CandySpace does not allow scams, financial deception, or attempts to exploit members.
You must not:
- Create fake funding requests.
- Misrepresent tuition, medical, business, or personal expenses.
- Use stolen identities, images, documents, or payment information.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Promise guaranteed returns, investments, employment, or rewards that do not exist.
- Ask users to transfer funds outside approved systems for suspicious purposes.
- Operate pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, advance-fee scams, or romance scams.
- Use fake emergencies to pressure users into sending money.
- Reverse, dispute, or manipulate legitimate payments fraudulently.
- Sell fraudulent goods, services, accounts, documents, or credentials.
- Use CandySpace for money laundering or concealment of criminal proceeds.
CandySpace may request supporting documents and may suspend funding features while reviewing suspicious activity.
Funding and Project Integrity
Users requesting funding must present their needs, goals, and intended use of funds honestly.
Project owners must not:
- Falsify personal circumstances.
- Use misleading titles, photos, documents, or claims.
- Conceal material facts that would affect a supporter’s decision.
- Collect money for a different purpose than the stated goal.
- Duplicate campaigns to manipulate visibility.
- Promise rewards that they do not reasonably intend to deliver.
- Claim affiliation with a school, organization, charity, or business without authorization.
- Use another person’s story without permission.
CandySpace may require identity verification, supporting documentation, milestone updates, or proof of fund use.
Spam and Platform Manipulation
CandySpace does not allow spam, coordinated manipulation, or artificial engagement.
You must not:
- Send repetitive or unsolicited promotional messages.
- Post the same content repeatedly across multiple profiles or discussions.
- Use bots or scripts to create accounts, follows, likes, reactions, votes, views, or messages.
- Buy, sell, or exchange fake engagement.
- Manipulate quizzes, contests, giveaways, rankings, or reward systems.
- Create multiple accounts to evade limits or gain unfair advantages.
- Mass-follow users solely to solicit money or attention.
- Post irrelevant links or deceptive redirects.
- Coordinate fake reviews, fake reports, or artificial trends.
- Scrape user data without authorization.
Impersonation and Authenticity
Users must represent themselves honestly.
You must not:
- Impersonate another person, creator, business, school, organization, or government entity.
- Use another person’s name, image, biography, or credentials deceptively.
- Create a parody or fan account without making its unofficial nature clear.
- Falsify verification documents.
- Claim qualifications, achievements, or affiliations you do not possess.
- Mislead users about who controls an account.
- Use AI-generated or edited media to deceive people about a real person or event.
Pseudonyms may be allowed, but they must not be used to deceive, defraud, or impersonate.
Privacy and Personal Information
Respect the privacy of others.
You must not share or threaten to share another person’s private information without permission, including:
- Home address.
- Private phone number.
- Personal email address.
- Government identification numbers.
- Financial or payment information.
- Private medical information.
- Login credentials.
- Private messages.
- Live location.
- School or workplace details when sharing them creates a safety risk.
- Intimate images or recordings.
- Information about minors.
Attempts to expose private information, commonly known as doxxing, are prohibited.
Non-Consensual Intimate Images
CandySpace prohibits intimate images or recordings shared without the subject’s consent.
This includes:
- Revenge pornography.
- Secret recordings.
- Leaked private images.
- Sexually explicit deepfakes.
- Threats to publish intimate material.
- Altered images that place a real person into sexual content.
- Requests to buy, sell, or trade leaked intimate media.
We may remove this material immediately and restrict or permanently terminate involved accounts.
Self-Harm, Suicide, and Eating Disorders
CandySpace does not allow content that encourages, glorifies, instructs, or pressures people to engage in self-harm, suicide, or dangerous eating-disorder behavior.
You must not:
- Encourage someone to harm or kill themselves.
- Share graphic self-harm content for shock or promotion.
- Provide detailed instructions for suicide or self-injury.
- Celebrate or romanticize eating disorders.
- Bully someone because of self-harm or mental-health struggles.
- Organize self-harm challenges.
Supportive discussion, recovery stories, and help-seeking content may be allowed when presented responsibly.
Illegal and Regulated Goods or Services
CandySpace must not be used to buy, sell, promote, or facilitate illegal or tightly regulated goods and services.
Prohibited activity may include:
- Illegal drugs.
- Prescription drugs sold without authorization.
- Firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
- Stolen goods.
- Counterfeit documents or currency.
- Hacking services or stolen credentials.
- Human trafficking.
- Sexual services.
- Illegal gambling.
- Wildlife trafficking.
- Fraudulent financial services.
- Restricted substances sold to minors.
Lawful discussion or educational content may be allowed, but direct transactions or facilitation are not.
Harmful Misinformation and Deceptive Content
CandySpace may remove or limit harmful false information when it creates a meaningful risk of physical, financial, or civic harm.
Examples include:
- False emergency warnings intended to cause panic.
- Fraudulent medical claims likely to cause serious harm.
- Fabricated fundraising emergencies.
- Manipulated media presented as authentic to deceive users.
- False claims intended to interfere with public safety.
- Coordinated deception campaigns.
- Content impersonating official authorities during emergencies.
Satire, opinion, and good-faith discussion are generally allowed when they are not used to deceive or cause harm.
Intellectual Property
Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
You must not:
- Upload copyrighted images, music, videos, writing, or software without authorization.
- Sell or distribute pirated material.
- Use trademarks in a misleading way.
- Copy another creator’s work and claim it as your own.
- Remove watermarks or ownership notices.
- Reupload paid or private content without permission.
- Share leaked subscription content.
Rights holders may submit copyright or trademark complaints through CandySpace’s designated process.
Account Security and Unauthorized Access
You must not:
- Attempt to access another user’s account.
- Request or trade passwords, login codes, or authentication tokens.
- Distribute malware, spyware, phishing links, or malicious files.
- Exploit security vulnerabilities.
- Bypass access controls or payment restrictions.
- Interfere with CandySpace servers, APIs, or infrastructure.
- Use automated tools without authorization.
- Publish private security vulnerabilities before CandySpace has had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Report suspected security issues to the appropriate CandySpace security contact.
Livestreaming Rules
All Community Guidelines apply during livestreams.
Livestreams must not include:
- Nudity or explicit sexual activity.
- Violence, threats, or dangerous stunts.
- Harassment of participants or viewers.
- Illegal transactions.
- Exploitation of minors.
- Non-consensual recording.
- Copyrighted media used without permission.
- Fraudulent fundraising.
- Content intended to shock, exploit, or humiliate.
Hosts are responsible for the content they broadcast and may also be expected to manage guest behavior.
Contests, Giveaways, Quizzes, and Rewards
Users must not manipulate or deceive participants in CandySpace activities.
You must not:
- Advertise fake prizes.
- Change rules after participation begins without a valid reason.
- Select winners dishonestly.
- Require illegal or unsafe actions.
- Manipulate results through multiple accounts, bots, or collusion.
- Charge hidden fees.
- Misrepresent eligibility requirements.
- Fail to deliver a promised prize without legitimate justification.
- Use contests primarily to collect personal information deceptively.
Commercial Activity and Promotions
Commercial and promotional activity must be honest and lawful.
You must clearly disclose:
- Paid sponsorships.
- Affiliate relationships.
- Brand partnerships.
- Promotional gifts.
- Material connections that could affect an endorsement.
You must not make deceptive product claims, run unauthorized promotions, or conceal advertising as neutral personal advice.
Off-Platform Conduct
In limited cases, CandySpace may consider serious off-platform conduct when it presents a direct risk to users or the platform.
This may include:
- Credible threats against CandySpace users.
- Child exploitation.
- Trafficking.
- Coordinated fraud.
- Sharing stolen CandySpace data.
- Attempts to evade enforcement through other platforms.
Reporting Violations
Users can report content, profiles, messages, albums, projects, livestreams, or other activity using CandySpace’s reporting tools.
When submitting a report:
- Select the most accurate reason.
- Include relevant context.
- Do not submit knowingly false reports.
- Do not organize mass reports to silence another user.
- Preserve evidence when necessary for safety or legal purposes.
Reporting content does not guarantee removal. CandySpace will review reports based on context, available evidence, severity, and these Guidelines.
Enforcement Actions
CandySpace may take one or more actions when these Guidelines are violated:
- Issue a warning.
- Remove content.
- Restrict visibility.
- Disable comments, messaging, livestreaming, albums, gifts, or funding features.
- Require identity or age verification.
- Temporarily suspend an account.
- Permanently terminate an account.
- Restrict devices, payment methods, or related accounts.
- Withhold or reverse rewards obtained through abuse, where permitted.
- Preserve evidence.
- Notify affected users.
- Report unlawful conduct to authorities.
Enforcement may depend on the severity of the violation, risk of harm, intent and context, previous violations, whether minors are involved, whether the conduct is repeated or coordinated, and whether the user attempts to evade enforcement.
Severe violations may result in immediate permanent termination without a prior warning.
Enforcement Evasion
You must not attempt to avoid CandySpace enforcement by:
- Creating replacement accounts.
- Using another person’s account.
- Changing usernames or identity information.
- Reuploading removed content.
- Moving prohibited conduct into private messages.
- Directing users to another service to continue a violation.
- Using technical measures to bypass restrictions.
Accounts connected to enforcement evasion may also be restricted or removed.
Appeals
Where available, users may appeal certain moderation decisions.
An appeal should explain:
- Why the decision may have been incorrect.
- Any relevant context that was not previously considered.
- Whether the account or content was compromised.
- What corrective action has been taken.
Appeals do not guarantee reversal. Abusive, repetitive, or fraudulent appeals may be rejected.
Changes to These Guidelines
CandySpace may update these Community Guidelines as the platform develops, new risks emerge, or legal requirements change.
When material changes are made, CandySpace may notify users through the website, mobile application, or email.
Continued use of CandySpace after the effective date of updated Guidelines means you agree to follow the revised rules.
