By accessing or using CandySpace, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login details secure. You may not create an account using false, misleading, stolen, or unauthorized information.

You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Member Conduct

CandySpace is built around respect, trust, and meaningful connections. Every member is expected to treat other members with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.

You may not harass, threaten, insult, intimidate, exploit, manipulate, or abuse other members. You may also not post content that encourages hate, humiliation, bullying, or targeted harassment.

Content Rules

You are responsible for the content you post, upload, send, or share on CandySpace, including profile details, photos, albums, posts, comments, messages, gifts, and other interactions.

You agree not to publicly post content that includes:

• Nudity or explicit sexual content
• Illegal activity or instructions for illegal activity
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive claims
• Threats, harassment, hate, or abusive behavior
• Spam, scams, mass promotion, or suspicious links
• Content that violates another person’s privacy or rights
• Content that may harm CandySpace or its members

Adult-Related Content

If members intend to share adult-related materials, they may only do so privately through private, subscription-based albums, subject to our rules, safety reviews, legal requirements, and platform limitations.

Private adult-related content must still be lawful, consensual, and compliant with CandySpace policies. We may remove content or restrict accounts if content is reported, appears unsafe, violates the law, or violates our community standards.

Spam, Fraud, and Toxic Behavior

CandySpace has zero tolerance for spam, fraudulent activity, scam attempts, impersonation, or posts designed to deceive, exploit, or harm other users.

Members who create negative, toxic, abusive, defamatory, manipulative, or intentionally disruptive posts may have their content removed and their accounts restricted, suspended, or permanently banned.

This includes repeated unwanted messages, fake profiles, suspicious links, misleading offers, payment scams, blackmail, harassment, or attempts to pressure other members into unsafe or unwanted activity.

Reporting and Enforcement

CandySpace includes a report feature that helps members alert us to harmful, suspicious, fraudulent, spammy, or toxic content. Reports help us identify posts, profiles, messages, photos, or albums that may violate our rules.

We may review reported content and take action at our discretion, including warnings, content removal, visibility limits, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or other safety actions.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some CandySpace features may involve subscriptions, paid albums, gifts, gems, CSX rewards, or other paid or earned features. Prices, availability, and features may change over time.

You are responsible for reviewing any payment details before completing a transaction. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments may be non-refundable once completed.

User Content Ownership

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, messages, and other content you upload to CandySpace. However, by uploading or sharing content, you allow CandySpace to use that content as needed to operate the app’s features, such as displaying your profile, posts, albums, messages, gifts, or other content you choose to share.

You must only upload content that you own or have the right to share.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, harm other members, abuse platform features, attempt fraud, or engage in conduct we consider harmful to CandySpace or its community.

Disclaimers

CandySpace provides a platform for members to connect, communicate, and share content. We do not guarantee that every interaction will result in a relationship, partnership, mentorship, payment, opportunity, or specific outcome.

Members are responsible for their own interactions, decisions, and safety when communicating with others online or offline.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or email.
